May 19th

So last night we got two tanks ready for new seamonkeys. Do you remember them? The kids love them, oh wait, so do I!!! :D They are fun to watch. I have them in the windowsill in the kitchen so that I can watch them as I do dishes. Today Ben has a baseball game. I love being able to be out helping the team. I guess it is a good thing that only a few of the other parents help with the team, because that means I get to help more! :)

I found the best recipe for Cherry Pie! Take two Pillsbury rolled pie crusts, a pie filling in a can and add some frozen black cherries, bake it, let it cool and then top with Land-o-lakes Heavy whipped cream. It is fabulous and easy! I just wish I had gotten more of it! Joy and Marc ate most of it! LOL

I finally decided to clean out my scrapbooking inventory and sent out an email to the people I know who like to scrapbook too. Hopefully I can sell off most of it. Then it's on to the skin care and makeup items from the company that I can't name online because they would think it is advertising their name on the internet... You would think that as an INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT they would want you to use their name as it is on all their products! I hear a yardsale calling for it so I can sell it! :D

But seriously, I should get a yardsale together. I still have a lot of candle things that I bought and some of the kids clothes should go, even some of my clothes I can't wear any more. I'd consider ebay, it's just too much of a hassle right now. Between Joy's skating, Ben's baseball, Marc's work schedule, my work schedule and the opportunities that I am pursuing it's pretty hectic.

What else, oh Marc's living history event had to be cancelled this weekend. He is bummed about it, but at least he will get to go to both of Ben's baseball games this weekend, and get some things done around the house!

My first blog...

Harli is fat and sassy as usual!

So it is Friday, May 18th. We took the kids to see Spiderman 3 this afternoon. Talk about Action-packed! The kids loved it, and it had some good messages throughout the movie, but it was a little overwhelming! We will see it again I am sure!
